Refund Policy
Nordic Peptide Labs supplies research-grade peptides and laboratory materials strictly for in-vitro research use only.
Due to the specialized and sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
1. Non-Returnable Products
All products sold by Nordic Peptide Labs are classified as research-use-only laboratory materials and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
This includes:
- Peptides, reagents, and related compounds
- Laboratory consumables and sterile supplies
- Any opened, sealed, or temperature-sensitive products
Due to sterility requirements, contamination risks, and strict quality control standards, returned products cannot be accepted back into inventory.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the packaging and product(s)
If your claim is verified, Nordic Peptide Labs may, at its discretion:
- Replace the affected item(s), or
- Provide store credit or a partial refund limited to the affected item(s)
Claims submitted after 48 hours or without sufficient documentation may be declined.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed or shipped.
All orders are considered final upon payment confirmation.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:
- The product cannot be fulfilled due to stock or manufacturing issues
- Where required by applicable law
Due to the nature of our products as specialized and perishable laboratory materials, standard consumer cancellation rights may not apply.
